Attributions
ServSmart is built on infrastructure and open-source software maintained by other people. This page credits it. Product names and logos belong to their respective owners, and their appearance here is attribution — not a claim of endorsement or partnership.
1. Payments and banking
Stripe — card processing, subscription billing, and payouts. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
Plaid — the connection to your bank for bookkeeping, when you choose to link an account.
Intuit QuickBooks — accounting sync, for the tenants who use it.
2. Messaging and email
Twilio — SMS and voice messaging, including the toll-free number verification behind appointment reminders.
Resend — transactional and marketing email delivery, plus inbound email parsing.
3. Platform and hosting
Vercel — application hosting, scheduled jobs, and edge delivery.
Supabase — the Postgres database, authentication, and file storage behind your account. Built on PostgreSQL, which is open source under the PostgreSQL License.
4. Maps and property data
Google Maps Platform — address autocomplete, geocoding, and map display. Use of these features is also subject to Google's terms.
Public records — public property data used for measurements and quoting, where a jurisdiction publishes it. We do not resell it, and accuracy is limited to what the record contains.
5. Artificial intelligence
Anthropic Claude — the model behind quoting assistance and the in-app assistant. Your business data is not used to train shared models.
6. Analytics and monitoring
PostHog — product analytics, so we can see which features get used and which are dead weight.
Sentry — error and performance monitoring, so failures reach us before you have to report them.
7. Open-source software
React and Next.js (MIT License) — the application framework.
next-intl (MIT License) — English and Spanish translation infrastructure.
Tailwind CSS (MIT License) — styling.
Lucide (ISC License) — the icon set.
dnd-kit (MIT License) — drag-and-drop on the schedule board.
d3-geo and TopoJSON (ISC License) — service-area and territory maps.
SunCalc (BSD 2-Clause License) — daylight calculations for scheduling around sunset.
qrcode.react (ISC License) — QR codes for payment and booking links.
Capacitor (MIT License) — the iOS and Android app shell.
Geist and Geist Mono (SIL Open Font License 1.1) — typefaces, by Vercel.
Full license texts are available from each project. If you maintain something credited here and want the wording changed, email us and we will fix it.
